TGH-HH H.O. V1.1 BRASS WHEEL BODY

Placed two orders of in stock items. Out of everything I ordered, only thing I got was my wheels. Strange things is I know people with a higher order number that ordered around the same time as me got the items I had ordered. I get issued a refund and he got all of his order but ordered after I submitted mine?????

I emailed TGH before this was mailed out. But they still send it . Order wasn't complete , they took a bunch of stuff off my order and didn't say anything.. now I'm stuck with 4 brass wheels and nothing else to put them together.
